Please fill your tattoo request form with the following:

• Name/Pronouns

• A concise description of your idea

• Part of the body to be tattooed

• Any style references / my previous work you like

• Further details will be discussed once your inquiry is approved

Example: “Hey, I’m Julian (they/them) and I want to get a traditional scorpion on my left calf.”

All tattoo appointments require a deposit - $50/flash, $100/custom. For custom work, the additional $50 is a drawing fee. Deposits secure your appointment and allow for one reschedule with a 48 hour notice. Flat rate prices will be given for flash once I know size and placement details. Pricing for custom work depends on size and scope of project. Hand sized or smaller work will typically be a flat rate. For larger scale work, my hourly rate is 150/hr. During our correspondence, I will explain pricing in this manner: “For a custom piece it will be a $100 deposit and $300 day of for a total of $400.”

If for whatever reason I am not a good fit for the project, I will let you know and if applicable refer you to an artist who might be a better fit!

All flash designs are repeatable.
